Not So Fast

We received Wilson’s short book one “Why Christian Kids Need A Christian Education.”photo (6)

One glaring problem appears right off the title page. Can you see it? Look very carefully.

It assumes kids of Christian parents are “Christian Kids”. It argues that Christian kids need a Christian education.

However, most of evangelicalism doesn’t believe their kids are “Christian” in any sense. They’re lost, unregenerate, unbelievers, out of the kingdom, lost in their sin, etc. Subsequently, they see no need to send them through a “Christian education.” Which, ironically enough, is the reason they usually end up not being Christians.
